At the Butcher Counter
As a whole animal butcher, we receive weekly deliveries of whole steer, hogs, and lamb, in addition to a wide variety of poultry. All of our animals come from trusted local farmers in the mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Our longstanding purveyor relationships are built on mutual trust, animal welfare, and environmental sustainability.
